A: That depends on the tools. There are tools that everyone has, like canva, but if there are other tools you use for your business, you would need to create an account and provide logins.
Q: What timezone do VA’s work?
A: That depends on the tasks. Our current offering is task-based, which doesnt require our team to be online at a specific time but focuses more on meeting deadlines. If you require a specific time then someone will be available at your preferred time.
Q: Do I need to train my VA?
A: Yes. Even experienced VA’s need to go through training, even if they have performed tasks before, you could have a specific prefered way of doing this that you need to train them on.
