1. Book your discovery call

We'll have a quick call. Here, I will ask you some questions. And assess your needs toensure this model will benefit you.

2. Contract and Payments

Review and sign contracts early on so that as soon as you are ready,we can start onboarding and training. Start with just 5 hours a week at $12/hour.

3. Review of Onboarding & Training

Onboarding and training are key to a smooth experience with a VA. If you haven’t set these up yet, I’ll help you build them.

4. Training on how to be succesful with offshoring

A quick walk through on how to assign tasks & work with a VA. I set you up for success with my team, and any future endeavors.

5. Onboard. Delegate. Train. Start!
